Before using the machine, please read this manual carefully for safe operation!
1. Buttons and Operation Modes
The AT-101 handheld tape wrapping machine features a simple control panel with the following buttons:

Button Overview
1. Brake button
2. Speed reduce button “-“
3. Speed accelerate button “+”
4. Power master switch
The speed has 5 gears and can be adjusted according to actual operation and production requirements.
Driving Part
The brake button is pressed to brake, and the blue light is always on. If you want to cancel the braking, gently touch the brake button.
Press the power master switch. When the machine is on standby, the green light is on.
Operation Modes
Mode 1: Double-click the switch button to run. Release it and click once to stop running.
Mode 2: Click the switch button to start running. Release and it will stop automatically.

When the machine is on standby and the green light is always on, double-click the Start/Stop button to start running. When the button is pressed again, the flywheel buffers one circle and then stops working, and the machine returns to standby state.
If you turn the flywheel manually, you need to press the brake button, which can be turned when the blue light and green light are always on.

3. Transmission Part

The “C” shape fixing plate of cutter seat, cutter seat, tape wheel, roller shaft and fixing plate of tape wheel are fastened to the flywheel.
The rotary motion of the motor is formed by the gears in the transmission part. The rotary motion takes the center of the flywheel as the center of rotation.
Cutter Seat Safety
There is a hidden blade in the cutter seat, which can effectively prevent the operator from causing injury due to mis-contact.
Tape Loading
The tape wheel is used to install the tape, which is passed through the fixing plate of cutter seat through the roller shaft and placed on the cutter seat.
Safety Attention
Please do not touch the tape wheel when working.
Always keep a safe distance of above 60cm from the tape wheel.

4. Shoulder Strap Installation

Slide up and release the lock to remove the bracelet.
Slide down and lock it to install.
Pull the bracelet to install and disassemble.

6. Grease Injection Maintenance
Apply grease to the grease injection port regularly to maintain optimal performance.
Attention:

Please turn off the power when injecting grease.
•

Grease injection interval: 2ml per month.
